The video library and tags
Record the standard explanation once, tag it, and it attaches itself to every job it fits. Nine keys decide the match, and the library tells you which projects it lands on today.
What you need first
- A Loom you record over and over: how you work, how to read an estimate, how to look after a finish
The library is the half of the video work you only do once. By the end of this page you will have a clip in it, tagged, and you will be able to see exactly which open jobs it attaches to right now.
Click Video library in the sidebar
The page groups what you have under Pre-sale, Design and Care & handover, and says the rule at the top: videos attach to a project when all their tags match.
Fill in the Add a clip panel
A title, the Loom share link, a stage, a length and the tags. The line under the heading is worth repeating to anyone who asks: a Loom link you already have, and nothing is uploaded.

- 1Title, as it reads on the client page
- 2Tags, typed as key:value and separated by commas
- 3Send to everyone at that stage, which ignores tags
Type the tags as key and value
Tick Send to everyone at that stage for the ones that always go
Your "how we work" video is not about a finish. Ticking the box sends it to every project at its stage regardless of tags, and the clip's own line then reads that it goes to every project at this stage.
Click Add to the library, then read the match count
Each clip in the list shows how many open jobs it attaches to right now and names them. That count is live, so a tag typed wrongly is visible as a clip that attaches to nothing rather than as a client who never got the video.

- 1Which open jobs it attaches to today, by name
- 2The tags, editable in place, with Save beside them
Each clip's poster is left out of this picture. The library asks Loom for it as the page draws, and the demo recordings behind these rows belong to other people.
Switch the whole module off if you do not use video
The video library is a module on the Jobs tab in Settings. Turned off, the sidebar item and the route go with it and nothing else on a project changes.
What happens next
That is the pre-sale and design half of the job. The Care and aftercare section picks it up at handover, starting with the care manual.
